The TextileB2B Platform is a B2B environment that facilitates connections between suppliers of textile raw materials (premium fabrics) and accessories for garment manufacturing (buttons, zippers) and clothing factories in the luxury fashion industry.

The Platform acts as an informational intermediary and is not a direct party to the commercial contracts concluded between users.

2. User Rights and Obligations

• You commit to providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in your business profile.
• You are solely responsible for all negotiations, agreements, and transactions conducted with other users of the Platform.
• You understand and agree that all communications and materials posted on the Platform must not contain deceptive, defamatory content or content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of third parties.
• You commit to using the Platform only for legal purposes, in accordance with all applicable regulations.

3. Limitation of Liability

The TextileB2B Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee the continuity, security, or absence of errors in the Platform's operation.

We are not responsible for:

• The quality, authenticity, or conformity of products (fabrics, accessories) promoted by suppliers.
• The fulfillment of contractual obligations between users.
• Any commercial losses or indirect damages resulting from the use of the Platform.

4. Intellectual Property

The content of the Platform (including the logo, text, layout) is protected by copyright and is the property of TextileB2B or its content providers. Its use outside the Platform, without our prior written consent, is prohibited.

5. Contact and Legal Information

For any disputes arising in connection with the use of the Platform, the parties will first seek an amicable settlement. Romanian courts will have jurisdiction.
